PURERISE exists to redefine your morning fuel through real dairy-based, high-protein beverages and snacks designed to support sustained energy and balanced nutrition. We are building a brand around balance, sustained energy, and hormonal stability positioning. We are redefining what “functional” means by replacing synthetic protein powders with high-quality dairy-based fuel that supports sustained energy, strength, and long-term wellness. Our mission is to make high-quality protein from real milk more accessible, convenient, and enjoyable for students, athletes, and busy professionals seeking a smarter and cleaner ways to start their day. Something that delivers a light, smooth experience people look forward to.

PURERISE began long before it had a name. It was in high school when I was determined to become the “healthiest” version of myself. At the time I believed this meant early workouts, competing as a level six competitive cheerleader, working two jobs, taking four advanced placement classes, and serving as captain of my high school sideline cheer team. To others this may have appeared as disciplined and driven, but I knew I had lost balance. Me chasing perfection, lead to anorexia and pushing my body far beyond its limit. Recovery didn't come easy, it took time and self reflection before I realized that health is not about restriction, but it's about finding balance and listening to your body. That clarity became the foundation of PURERISE, a brand built to support balance. Early-morning fasting does not work for everyone and fueling properly should never feel extreme. PURERISE exists to help people find their own balance. Today, millions of individuals rely on caffeine alone to push through mornings. Both the ready-to-drink coffee and high-protein beverage market together represent tens of billions in annual sales. However, the overlap between the two remains underdeveloped. PURERISE centers real milk as a complete, naturally protein-rich foundation and delivers protein in a format people already trust and enjoy. The goal is simple, meet consumers where they already are. Coffee is a daily ritual and by integrating dairy-based protein into that already existing routine, we can transform an existing behavior into sustained nourishment without requiring additional steps to ones morning. We prioritize local and scalable processing methods that support both refrigerated and shelf-stable expansion in the future. As a Cal Poly agribusiness student working directly within dairy innovation programs, I bring both personal conviction and supply chain proximity to the business. I have validated PURERISE through campus tastings, community events, and gym pop-ups while building relationships across dairy processing and commercialization networks. This dual exposure to agriculture and entrepreneurship strengthens our execution pathway. Our barrier to entry develops through dairy-aligned sourcing partnerships, formulation expertise in stabilizing dairy proteins within coffee systems, and brand positioning rooted in our story and mission. As we scale, long-term co-packer relationships and dairy supply agreements will be our next steps. I started the business with direct-to-consumer validation through local markets and campus communities, then plan to expand into gym studios and small groceries. Today, I still remain incredibly hardworking, but I approach that drive differently and have expanded my view on what it means to be driven. As I near graduation after completing an accelerated two-year college path at Cal Poly and having just launched my first business, I can look back on my own personal growth with healing my relationship with food and finding my balance within my ambition. PURERISE represents that achievement and it's my commitment to show others that you should not choose between performance and enjoyment. Through PURERISE, I am not only building a company, but I am helping redefine what healthy fuel can look like.
